By using BOS you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Don't use BOS to do anything illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
Subscription & billing
Subscriptions renew on the cycle agreed in your order form unless cancelled in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form. Data export is available on request.
Liability
BOS is provided on an as-is basis. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
